The students are not nearly as much as a problem as the seniors or homeowners.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Students don&amp;#39;t vote, generally. And, they don&amp;#39;t vote for strangers. If they do vote, it is often for the office holder. And, out-of-town students can&amp;#39;t vote.
